We had to erect traditional scaffolding to one side of this house due to limited access between the neighbouring property. Once all the old roofline material was removed we installed white 18mm fascia board, white plain soffit board and white UPVC square gutter system. The bay window at the front of the house also required improvement so we installed UPVC cladding to the underside of the bay and fascia board around the bottom of the bay.
